D type hydrapulper continuous pulping system

Feature of D type hydrapulper:

1. Adopt Vookers rotor, consume small power, broken efficiency is high.
2. The rotor and the output pulp disc higher the bottom of the tank, around the putput pulp disc form a low pressure area, reducing the connection between impurities and cutter, screen plate, extend the life of cutter and screen plate.
3. The middle of cutter and screen plate design a blade to prevent wire, braided belt and other waste winding, reduce operating current.
4. Cleaning function, easy to start the device.
5. The transmission design three sets of bearings, enhance equipment life, reduce maintenance costs.
6. Equiped the European standard pulley, shorten the maintenance time, improve work efficiency and reduce operating costs.7.25 m ³ above the pulper has drive support.

The D type hydrapulper continuous pulping system need Drum screen, Ragger, Rope cutter, Grapple to help the D type hydrapulper to break the waste paper, this system can continuous working like Drum pulper.
