Double Wire Kraft Paper Machine

Double wire kraft paper machine is mainly applied to produce liner board paper and corrugated base paper. This kind of kraft paper machine is composed of headbox, wire part, press part, front drying part, oblique surface sizing machine, back drying part, calender part and reel part.

Structure of Double-wire Kraft Paper Machine

1.Headbox : Two sets of open headbox, corresponding to top layer, bottom layer
2.Wire part: Double layer including top layer and bottom layer, The main components are breast roll, etc.
3.Press part: Including First press, second press.The first press is K-type composite press with vacuum suction roll and so on.
4.Front drying part: Φ1500/Φ1800 dryer, drove in group and equipped with wire guiding roll
5.Oblique surface sizing machine: one surface chrome-plated metal roller and one rubber coated metal roll.
6.Back drying part: Φ500/Φ1800 dryer drove by group and equipped with wire guiding roll ,dry wire and closed gas hood.
7.Calender part: Double roller calender, the upper and lower rollers are metal rollers.
8.Reeling part: Pneumatic horizontal reel, cylinder pressurized.
