1.Headbox: Four sets of air cushion headbox, corresponding to surface wire, lining wire, core wire and bottom wire respectively.
2.Wire part: Four wire work
3.Press part: Divided into four press parts, and the pressure mode is hydraulic cylinder pressure.
4.Front drying part: Φ1500/Φ1800 cylinder dryer, equipped with wire leading roll,dry wire, etc.
5.Oblique surface sizing machine: The surface adhesive machine pressurizes the corrugated gas tire.
6.Back drying part: Φ1500/Φ1800 cylinder dryer, equipped with wire leading roll,dry wire, etc.
7.Calender part: Top and bottom roll are metal roll, pressurized by corrugated gas tire.
8.Reeling part: Pneumatic horizontal paper roller, pressurized for cylinders.
