Pulp Equipment Agitator For Paper Machine

The blades and hub of the agitator are of split structure, and the blades can be adjusted and replaced. The blade placement angle of the agitator can be adjusted according to the pulp concentration, pulp tank structure or mixing requirements to meet different usage needs.

Application & Features

1. The angle of the agitator blade is adjustable, and the actual angle is adjusted according to the on-site conditions.

2. It adopts double-row spherical roller bearings with inner tapered sleeves and horizontally open bearing seats, which have the characteristics of strong load-bearing capacity and convenient disassembly and maintenance.

3. The bearings are lubricated with dry oil dispersion, and oil is added regularly through the pressure oil cup on the rolling bearing seat.

4. The lower part of the rolling bearing seat should be equipped with a drain hole, so that the dirty oil can be drained regularly according to the amount of oil injected.

5. The pulp is stirred evenly and the unit energy consumption is low.
