Disc Disperser For Pulping Line

Disc disperser is applied to disperse the stickies, grease, wax, plastic, ink particles and other hot melt impurities from the paper pulp. The function of disc disperser can be summarized as removing sticky impurities and improve the purity of pulp.

Working Principle of Disc Disperser

Disc disperser deals with high concentration waste paper pulp heated by steam through the action of the feeding screw into the high speed rotating moving the static disc, and passes through the dispersing disc crushing zone, coarse grinding zone and fine grinding zone.
Through the strong mechanical action, the dust in the pulp and the hot-melt impurities such as stickies and paraffin attached to the fiber are dispersed into fine particles, so that the ink attached to the fiber is peeled off from the fiber, and dispersed and refined. Disc Disperser can improve the feratures of fiber and mix the pulp.
