30T/D Cultural Paper Making Project

Generally, cultural paper making line use wood pulp, waste book, white shaving paper as raw material, the pulping process is more simple than wrapping paper production line, if use waste book as material, need deinking paper machine to remove the ink.

Cultural paper pulping process

Raw material: commodity wood pulp

Capacity: 30T

1. Chain conveyor: Working width: B=1200mm, Estimated total length24m

2. D type hydrapulper: 5m³ h=10mm C=3~5%

3. High density cleaner: Q=3000~4500l/min, C=3～5%, P= 0.2～0.5MPa

4. Conical refiner: Ø450 mm C=3~5%

5. Double disc refiner: Ø450mm C=3~5%

6. Pressure screen before paper machine: A=0.75㎡ s=0.35mm C=0.4~0.8%

7. Pulp chest/agitator: Ø850 mm 80～100m³ C=3~5%

In this pulping line main equipment is little, don’t need coarse and fine screening equipment, this is because the wood pulp is clean, save the number of paper equipment.
