3250mm Duplex Board Paper Coating Machine

This article mainly focuses on the components of the paper production line, specifically the hard roll of the duplex board paper coating machine. The hard roll is crafted from forged alloy with a 35CrMo shaft head, boasting a large 800mm diameter. Tungsten carbide is sprayed on the surface of the hard roll, enhancing its hardness for efficient heat sealing and calendering of the paper.

The rotary joint features a large diameter to optimize the circulation speed of the hot oil, minimizing surface temperature discrepancies. The hard roll of the duplex board paper coating machine is designed with a two-in-one-round structure to effectively prevent surface temperature variations, keeping it within a 1ºC range. To protect the bearing application, a heat insulation device is incorporated at the shaft head on the operation side where the heating oil is introduced.
