Dryer Cylinder For Corrugated Paper Machine

Our dryer cylinders are meticulously designed to meet the rigorous demands of high-strength corrugated paper machines. Utilizing cutting-edge technology and top-quality materials, these cylinders excel in withstanding elevated temperatures and pressures, ensuring a uniform and consistent drying process for the paper.

We offer a total of 38 sets of dryer cylinders, including 7 chrome-plated cylinders, for use in high-strength corrugated paper machines. These cylinders have a diameter/surface length of φ1800/5700mm, with the surface width tailored to the final design requirements. Constructed from HT300 material with a 28mm wall thickness, the cylinders are designed to withstand pressures up to 0.5MPa.

The cylinder heads are also made of HT300, while the bearing heads, crafted from QT500-7 ductile iron, feature a bearing taper of 1:12. They are annealed and heat-treated, and equipped with hydraulic oil withdrawal holes for efficient operation. The hardness of these components ranges from HB190 to 220, with a cylinder surface roughness of ≤0.8 microns.

To ensure optimal performance, the cylinders are fitted with 23148CAK/W33/C4 bearings from reputable brands like ZWZ or HRB, offering reliable support during operations. Lubrication is achieved through thin oil lubrication, maintaining the smooth functioning of the cylinders in the drying process.
