Paper Making Machine For Coated White Board Project

On August 17-18, 2024, Leizhan Machinery was honored to provide key equipment and supporting accessories for the coated white board project of Zhejiang Dingding Paper, which marks that our commitment to providing customers with high-quality paper making solutions has been put into practice and recognized.

In this delivery, we provided Dingding Paper with efficient fractionating screens, drum screens and energy-saving pressure screens. These equipment play an important role in the entire paper making production line, helping customers to achieve improved production efficiency and stable quality.

First, the fractionating screen, as a grading and screening equipment, can efficiently separate fibers and impurities, ensure that the fibers in the pulp can be effectively utilized, improve the quality and uniformity of the paper, and reduce production costs.

Secondly, the drum screen, as a solid-liquid separation equipment, can effectively remove impurities and paper scraps in the pulp, ensure the purity of the pulp, provide clean raw materials for downstream processes, and increase the stability and reliability of the paper production process.

As an energy-saving pressure screening device, the energy-saving pressure screen can not only improve the screening efficiency of pulp and reduce energy consumption, but also effectively separate large particle impurities in pulp to ensure the quality and surface smoothness of paper.
