300T/18H Kraft Paper Pulping Project

Kraft paper making includes pulping process and paper making process, as the the two sides of kraft paper is differently, so the kraft paper pulping process contain top layer pulp and bottom layer pulp making. Generally the top layer pulp use waste paper as raw material, and bottom layer pulp use wood pulp as raw material.

Bottom layer pulping process

Working process: Chain conveyor–D type hydrapulper–High density cleaner–M.C. coarse pressure screen–Fiber separator–Reject separator–Mid density cleaner–Fractionating screen–1st stage Low density cleaner–2st stage Low density cleaner–3st stage Low density cleaner–M.C.fine pressure screen–inclined screen–Inflow pressure screen

In this pulping line nearly every equipment need pump and agitator to pumped pulp into next equipment, you can see that in this pulping line we don’t use refiner equipment, the reason is the pressure screen can separate fiber and break fiber to meet paper making needs during screening process, and this save many power for paper making friends.

Top layer pulp production line

Raw material: wood pulp     Capacity: 60T

Working process: Chain conveyor–M.C. hydrapulper–High density cleaner–Conical refiner–Double disc refiner–Inflow pressure screen

This pulping is very simple, because the wood pulp nearly don’t exit impurities, and the fiber of slurry is long, need refiner equipment to improve slurry beating degree to meet the paper making needs.

Generally speaking, the top layer pulp is 30% of the whole pulp capacity, and this can be adjust according to customer’s requirement.
