Kraft Paper Pulping Equipment In UAE

Leizhan received a new order from the UAE to supply Chain conveyor for new kraft paper making line. This machine has been installed at the customer’s factory and put into use.

Working priciple

This machine is used for conveying waste paper, paper board to pulper equipment for pulping. The Chain conveyor includes driving device, tension device, link Plates, chain wheel and rack, adopts chain to drive through plate to transport raw materials into the pulper equipment for pulping. It is the best choice of waste paper and pulp plate conveying equipment. The transmission installation of chain conveyor is divided into left type and right type（look up along the material running direction, transmission installation in the right of the machine is right type, otherwise for the left type) to meet the needs of the paper mill and technical layout requirements. Customer can chose the chain conveyor installation types according to the process design requirements.
