M.C. Pressure Screen is a device for continuous screening under completely closed conditions. During operation, the slurry enters the upper separation chamber of the pressure screen from the feed pipe in a tangential direction. The heavy impurities are separated and precipitated into the heavy slag removal tank under the action of centrifugal force and discharged through the slag removal port. The slurry overflows from the annular overflow plate and enters the screening area between the screen basket and the rotating drum. The qualified slurry is discharged from the receiving port through the screen basket, and the unqualified slurry continues to move downward and is discharged from the discharge pipe. In order to adjust the tail slurry concentration, a dilution water pipe is provided opposite the discharge port. A large number of cams are provided inside the screen basket. On the surface of the high-speed rotating screen basket, each cam will generate negative pressure when rotating, which plays a role in cleaning the screen basket and preventing the screen basket from being blocked.
