Pulping Equipment High Density Cleaner
To begin the process, the pulp flow is directed into the top of the high density cleaner and enters the desander in a tangential manner. This introduction of the pulp at an angle initiates a rotational motion within the cleaner.
As the pulp rotates within the cleaner, the impurities with a higher density than the pulp are subjected to a greater centrifugal force. This force pushes these denser particles towards the outer wall of the high density cleaner, while the lighter and purer pulp continues to flow inwards. Due to the centrifugal force acting on the impurities, they are effectively separated from the pulp stream. The separated impurities are then collected and removed from the high density cleaner, leaving behind a cleaner and purer pulp.
By removing impurities of different specific gravity, such as sand, stones, and debris, the high density cleaner ensures a thorough purification of the pulp. This process significantly improves the quality of the pulp, resulting in a higher quality paper production with enhanced strength and aesthetics.
Overall, the use of centrifugal force in high density cleaners provides an efficient and reliable method for separating impurities based on their specific gravity, contributing to the production of high-quality paper. Email: leizhanworld@gmail.com
