Working principle

The paper roll removed from the reeling machine is placed on the unwinder,which with a DC generator, photoelectric encoder, hydraulic fader brake and connected to the tension sensor to keep the paper with a uniform tension, and when the paper is broken, can make the paper fast brake. The paper is drawn from the paper roll, enter into the transfer and paper carrying roll device, and then through the curved roller, paper roller, vertical and horizontal round cutter device, and then through the tension sensor roller and sensor device, into the delivery device and the winding roller is wound around the reel, the reel is operated by the driving of carrier drum, thereby affecting the entire paper roll. The machine can automatically calculate the length of the motor through the motor speed, the diameter function, and achieve fixed diameter automatic shutdown.
